My name is Maxim Prakapovich. I am a professional photographer-retoucher and video maker, in this profession since 2013. In 2010, I graduated from the Russian University of Transport (MIIT), department of “Computers, complexes, systems and networks”. I am a specialist in the field of digital and electronic technologies, which is fruitfully reflected in the work with equipment and software. I am constantly improving my skills in photo / video art, undergoing training from famous specialists, attending master classes and workshops.

         I shoot in various genres, but my priorities are: art, portrait photography, fashion, reportage, wedding. I try to maintain diversity in composition due to two cameras and the corresponding optics park. During wedding shooting, I take about 13% of unique and interesting shots that surprise, this is an emphasis on light, non-standard posing, composition, I love cinematic vibes, art, sensuality and bright emotions. For all this, I have special equipment. I also specialize in shooting concert events. During my work, I managed to work with famous performers of both the post-Soviet space and with European and Western groups. My works are published in European magazines. In March 2024, I had the honor of taking the cover of Photohouse magazine.

        I am a musician, in this field for more than 20 years, during this time I managed to change several bands, playing percussion instruments and a guitar. For a period I worked in a recording studio, which fruitfully influences work with sound in video production. Hobbies with music help to get inspired and use this potential in photo and video production, to understand the performers more deeply when filming, to learn something new and transfer it to filming.
